WWII USAAF B-8 Flying Googles. Original Box with spare lenses and instructions
Made by the Rochester Manufacturing Co. These are a fine example of the B-8 Flying Goggles used during WWII by the USAAF. The rubber frame is marked 'Rochester Optical. Type B-8 Property AF U.S. Army’. They are in very good condition throughout and the chamois backing is undamaged and soft but a little dirty. The strap is in good condition with no fraying. Fitted with a amber tinted 'anti-glare' lens . Comes with the original box and instruction leaflet along with spare lenses as shown in the photo’s. Overall good set of goggles.
