RAF Fuse Box Type A 5C/445 Air Ministry Crown
Here we have a vintage Fuse Box Type A 5C/445 - 5CZ/445. Of metal construction and embossed with the part number and the Air Ministry Crown on the front.
This type of box was fitted to a variety of aircraft throughout WWII and beyond.
They were generally associated with such aircraft as the Halifaxs and Lancaster where they were found in Gun Turrets but also they could be found on the fuseboards of single seat aircraft.
These units have been in storage for some time so there may be some slight surface corrosion.
These units are sold as un tested for display only and ‘as is’.
